This week a neighbor shared on Madison’s Nextdoor site that items were stolen from her vehicle in the parking lot of Target on Junction Road on the city’s west side. A Target employee indicated it was not the first such incident that day:
“Tonight my husband did a pick up order at the Westside Target. He got our pick up order and placed our items in two plastic bins in the back of our truck. He then realized we forgot to order some green beans. He locked the truck by clicking the fob, and headed into the store. He was only in the store about 5 minutes and when he came out, the gate on our truck was down and the two bins with groceries had been stolen. Our guess is maybe the truck gate did not latch as the truck itself was locked. So please be careful out there. The gal at ???????????????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????? ???????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????? ???????????? ???????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ???????? ????????????????????. We will file a police report but wanted to share our experience so hopefully someone else will avoid this experience.”
